S\u00e9rieusement ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Analysons pourquoi c'est si fou pour nous :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tout d'abord, on lui payait $20 de l'heure !<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le salaire minimum dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique est de $17,40 de l'heure. Chez The Nanny Solution, nous n'avons pas plac\u00e9 de nounou \u00e0 temps plein pour moins de $30 de l'heure depuis plus de 5 ans. Il semble aimer tra\u00eener les gens devant les tribunaux, leur faisant perdre leur temps et leur argent. Cela rend toute la situation encore plus suspecte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Que pouvons-nous tirer de ce d\u00e9sastre ?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nounous<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Comprenez vos contrats, communiquez ouvertement avec les familles et pr\u00e9venez le plus longtemps \u00e0 l'avance possible lorsque vous quittez un poste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Parents :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Payez vos nounous \u00e9quitablement, traitez-les avec respect et ayez un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nanniesoncall.com\/\">plan de secours<\/a>!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>En fin de compte, vous voulez une nounou qui <\/b><b><i>veut<\/i><\/b><b> \u00eatre l\u00e0.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si une nounou part subitement, c'est qu'elle n'\u00e9tait probablement pas faite pour le poste, et vous feriez mieux de trouver quelqu'un d'autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette situation met en \u00e9vidence les difficult\u00e9s pour trouver et conserver des services de garde de qualit\u00e9.
