La pand\u00e9mie mondiale actuelle cr\u00e9e des d\u00e9fis uniques pour les professionnels de la garde d'enfants, ce qui entra\u00eene des taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de burn-out et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale au sein de la profession. Le r\u00f4le des nounous a radicalement chang\u00e9 afin de respecter les mesures de distanciation sociale. On attend d\u00e9sormais d'elles qu'elles soient des enseignantes aidant les enfants \u00e0 apprendre dans leurs classes virtuelles ; des coll\u00e8gues discrets et des experts en gestion du comportement pour <a href=\"http:\/\/thenannysolution.ca\/fr\/4-helpful-tips-for-nannies-with-parents-working-from-home\/\">les parents qui travaillent \u00e0 domicile<\/a>; et font preuve d'une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sans fin pour imaginer de nouvelles activit\u00e9s et de nouveaux projets \u00e0 faire avec les enfants pendant que les biblioth\u00e8ques et les groupes de jeux sont ferm\u00e9s. Alors qu'elles g\u00e8rent elles-m\u00eames le stress et l'incertitude de la pand\u00e9mie, elles sont \u00e9galement celles qui aident les enfants \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la confusion et aux sentiments de perte associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la \u201c nouvelle normalit\u00e9 \u201d. Discutez des moyens de mieux les soutenir. Montrez-leur votre reconnaissance de toutes les mani\u00e8res possibles. Continuez \u00e0 communiquer et \u00e0 prendre de leurs nouvelles r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Faites-leur savoir qu'ils peuvent se confier \u00e0 vous et demander un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire.
