Parfois, la limite entre le personnel et le professionnel est franchie, et vous risquez de trop vous confier \u00e0 la famille pour laquelle vous travaillez. En fait, le fait d'en dire trop est l'une des plaintes les plus fr\u00e9quentes que nous recevons de la part des familles concernant les nourrices qu'elles embauchent. (trop d'informations).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu'est-ce que le partage excessivement personnel ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le fait d'en dire trop est l'acte de divulguer une quantit\u00e9 inappropri\u00e9e d'informations sur sa vie personnelle. Dans le contexte de la relation entre la nounou et la famille, cela peut se manifester de plusieurs mani\u00e8res et \u00e0 n'importe quelle \u00e9tape du processus de recrutement et d'emploi. Par exemple, lors d'un entretien d'embauche avec une famille, la nounou peut dire quelque chose du genre : \u201c Je fais juste du baby-sitting en attendant de pouvoir ouvrir ma propre garderie \u201d ou \u201c Je ne fais du baby-sitting que jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je d\u00e9croche un r\u00f4le d'actrice \u201d. C'est en dire trop et cela am\u00e8ne la famille (les employeurs) \u00e0 douter de votre niveau d'engagement envers le poste. En dire trop peut \u00e9galement consister \u00e0 avoir une conversation amicale avec l'un des parents, o\u00f9 ils partagent des d\u00e9tails de leur vie personnelle \u2014 leurs probl\u00e8mes de couple, des drames au travail, des potins sur les voisins, etc. \u2014 et o\u00f9 la nounou r\u00e9ciproque en divulguant des d\u00e9tails intimes sur sa propre vie. Il est courant de d\u00e9velopper une certaine complicit\u00e9 avec la famille pour laquelle vous travaillez, mais il est important de se rappeler qu'au bout du compte, ce sont vos employeurs. Voudriez-vous parler de votre vie amoureuse, d'une rupture difficile ou de la f\u00eate \u00e0 laquelle vous avez assist\u00e9e le week-end \u00e0 votre patron dans n'importe quel autre lieu de travail ? Probablement pas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment l'\u00e9viter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour \u00e9viter d'en dire trop \u00e0 votre famille d'accueil est de <a href=\"http:\/\/thenannysolution.ca\/fr\/letablissement-de-limites-saines\/\">\u00e9tablissez des limites d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la relation professionnelle<\/a>, et \u00e0 maintenir ces limites tout au long de votre emploi. Ces limites peuvent porter sur les informations que vous choisissez de partager avec vos employeurs, les sujets dont il est interdit de parler, le fait d'\u00eatre ou non \u201c ami \u201d ou de \u201c suivre \u201d vos employeurs sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, des r\u00e8gles personnelles concernant le fait de ne pas prendre un verre avec vos employeurs, et ainsi de suite. Une autre fa\u00e7on d'\u00e9viter de trop en dire au travail est de vous demander \u201c est-il utile que mes employeurs le sachent ? \u201d et \u201c cela remettra-t-il en question mes comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de garde d'enfants ? \u201d. Si l'information n'est ni utile ni pertinente pour votre r\u00f4le de professionnel de la garde d'enfants, il n'est probablement pas n\u00e9cessaire de la partager avec vos employeurs. Si l'information risque de donner une image n\u00e9gative de vous aux employeurs et de faire douter de vos comp\u00e9tences, il est absolument inutile de la partager avec eux.<\/p>\n<p>N'oubliez pas qu'il est important d'\u00eatre authentique et de donner \u00e0 votre famille d'accueil l'occasion de tisser des liens avec vous et de mieux vous conna\u00eetre.
