Chaque r\u00f4le pr\u00e9sente des diff\u00e9rences, tant en termes de port\u00e9e que de comp\u00e9tences, et il importe que les familles en connaissent les particularit\u00e9s. Chaque famille, avec l\u2019aide de notre agence, doit savoir ce qui est le mieux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses besoins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les NCS se concentrent principalement sur les soins aux nouveau-n\u00e9s et l\u2019\u00e9ducation des parents. Bien que ces derniers fassent un effort consid\u00e9rable pour \u00e9duquer et renforcer les valeurs familiales, ils travaillent principalement de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante avec seulement un minimum d\u2019accompagnement des parents. Les NCS sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement recrut\u00e9s pour une assistance de jour ou 24\/24, mais certains proposent \u00e9galement une assistance uniquement le jour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les NCS connaissent les comportements, l\u2019apparence et les soins g\u00e9n\u00e9raux typiques des nouveau-n\u00e9s et des jeunes nourrissons et restent inform\u00e9s des derni\u00e8res informations et \u00e9tudes sur les soins des nouveau-n\u00e9s. Ils sont tr\u00e8s vite \u00e0 l\u2019aise \u00e0 se rendre compte lorsqu\u2019une situation est hors norme. Un sp\u00e9cialiste des soins du nouveau-n\u00e9 est form\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter son cadre de pratique et s\u2019engage \u00e0 orienter les parents vers les ressources appropri\u00e9es lorsque un probl\u00e8me \u00e9chappe \u00e0 son champ de comp\u00e9tence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un NCS est tr\u00e8s qualifi\u00e9 pour \u00e9tablir de bonnes habitudes alimentaires et de sommeil et est bien \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec diverses m\u00e9thodes de conditionnement du sommeil. Il poss\u00e8de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un plan bien d\u00e9fini pour aider le b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir toute la nuit et \u00e0 suivre une routine quotidienne pr\u00e9visible. Il s\u2019efforce d\u2019aider un nourrisson \u00e0 dormir toute la nuit (STTN) d\u00e8s que possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe plusieurs types de doulas, mais les deux plus courants sont les doulas en p\u00e9riode de travail (ou doulas de naissance) et les doulas post-partum. Les doulas en p\u00e9riode de travail \u00e9duquent et soutiennent les parents enceintes tout au long de la grossesse, avant et pendant l\u2019accouchement. Les doulas post-partum aident \u00e0 apporter leur soutien \u00e0 la famille pendant les premi\u00e8res semaines de la vie de l\u2019enfant. Il existe \u00e9galement d\u2019autres types de doulas moins courants, tels que les doulas en cas de deuil, les doulas pr\u00e9natales, les doulas d\u2019avortement et d\u2019adoption. Tous les types de doulas b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019options de formation et de certification sp\u00e9cifiques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers organismes de formation. Actuellement, il n\u2019existe pas de doulas sp\u00e9cifiques qui se concentrent uniquement sur les besoins du nouveau-n\u00e9 et\/ou sur les conseils en sommeil pour les tout-petits. Les doulas post-partum sont les plus proches de la NCS et il existe de nombreuses similitudes entre les types de soins fournis, mais il existe \u00e9galement de nombreuses diff\u00e9rences distinctes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une doula post-partum est une personne tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et form\u00e9e dans le domaine de la garde d\u2019enfants qui s\u2019occupe des besoins et du bien-\u00eatre du nouveau-n\u00e9 ainsi que de ceux de toute la famille, en particulier de la personne qui a accouch\u00e9. Les doulas travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la famille et offrent une assistance non seulement dans les t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 la naissance, mais \u00e9galement en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de soutien \u00e0 la lactation, de soins aux parents et d\u2019aide m\u00e9nag\u00e8re.
